Your application has been updated to PENDING-.. your status will remain pending until you get 3 current full XT members to reply to this thread that they ENDORSE you. To get endorsed you will need to play with us in-game and show that you are a mature player and work well as a team. We are not a very large squad.. but we play very well together. We have turned loosing streaks around just by joining the loosing team and working towards a common goal.
For now please add "XTr" as your clan tags in-game and find us in game. XTr stands for "eXtreme Tactics - Recruit". Once you get 3 endorsements we will change this thread to accepted and you can remove the "r" from your tags. This usually takes about a week if your on enough.. but could be a month or longer if your schedule keeps you from being on much when we are. We do not have any requirements of you to be here any certain days or length of time. Just ask that you let us know if your gonna be offline for an extended time like long vacation or what have you.
When you play with other members be supportive. You do not have to follow a person around as medic like a lost puppy to be supportive. Just so long as you are not lone wolfing all day and rarely make contact with the other members. Once a member sees you are a good team player and an alright dude.. they will come here and leave you an ENDORSEMENT. Get 3 and your a full member. As you can see from the other applications.. about the only ways you wont get in is if this is the last time we hear from you or your a total douche.

You can see when someone is on our Mumble here on our website on the top of the home page. I find it best if I'm gonna be playing to go ahead and sign in to it even if no one else is on.. because other members do the same thing and look here as well and if they see no one on they go on to do something else.
